1 cup besan
4 bade uble aaloo
2 cut pyaj
4 cut hare mirch
2 cut tamatarll
2 tej patta
1 chhoti chammach dhaniya
1 chhoti chammach jeera
1 chhoti chammach kali mirch
1 chhoti chammach haldi
1 chhoti chammach lal mirch 
4-5 kaliya lahsun
thodi katti adrak
thodi katti dhaniya Patti
namak swad anusar
Ab ase banaye aaloo pakodi ki sabji ki vidhi....
sabse pahle aaloo besan pakodi banane ke liye ye ham besan ka pest taiyar karenge, to pahle lahsun aur adrak ka pest taiyar karenge, fir ek bartan mein 1 cup besan lenge, aur usmein ham 1  chammacha adrak, lahsun ka pest dalenge fir 1 chhoti chammach haldi, mirch ka powder dalege swad anusar namak aur 1 cup pani dal kar acche se milenge, besan ka pest aisa taiyar karen ki jab aap usmein uble aaloo 
dale to besan usmein acche se mil jaaye, aur uske bad jab besan ka pest taiyar ho jaaye to usmain aaloo ko lapeth, kar tel main fry karle, pakodi tab tak fry Karen jab tak pakodi ka rang sunhara na ho jaaye, jab aaloo pakodi taiyar ho jaaye, 
to ab ham aaloo pakodi ki gravy taiyar karenge, 
to sabse pahle 1 kadhai mein 2 bade chammach tel dalenge, fir usmein 2 tej patta aur 4 cut hari mirch dalenge, fir 2 cut pyaj dal kar use acche se chalayenge, jab pyaj hamara sunhara ho jaaye to ham usmein adrak lahsun ka 1 chammach pest dalkar chalayenge, jab vah pak jaaye tab ham usmein 1 chhote chammach dhaniya, jeera, kali mirch, haldi aur, lal mirch, dalenge, fir usse acche se chalayenge, fir 2 cut tamatar dal kar usse bhi pakka  lenge, jab hamari gravy ke masale acche se bhun kar taiyar ho jaaye tab ham usmein 2 cup pani dal kar usse ubalne denge aur uske bad ham swad anusar namak dalenge, 
aur jab gravy acche se ubal jaaye tab ham usmein besan aaloo pakodi dal kar 1 minute tak pakka lenge, jab hamari sabji acche se taiyar ho jaaye to ant mein ham usmein ek chammach garam masala dalenge fir thodi cut dhaniya patti dalenge, taki uski khubsurati aur swad dono badh jaaye aur iske bad hamari aaloo pakodi ki sabji taiyar ho gayi....
